Our Board of Directors meet monthly to discuss financial and strategic planning and to oversee the operations of the Club. Members also help organize and implement numerous special events.

Is your teen interested in volunteering at HYC? We offer Junior Leading positions, providing youth with an opportunity to enhance leadership capacity and confidence.

Do you have an activity you are passionate about that you would like to share with our members? Do you have venue for our community boys group would like to tour? We would love to hear from you!
Become A Mentor
We have many opportunities to mentor! We offer in school and on site matches, teen mentoring groups and community boys group. After screening and training, mentors are matched with a youth or group!
Ways to Give
Landlord of the Month - This giving option provides your business with the opportunity to showcase your support on our awesome 'Landlord of the Month' sign, as well as being recognized on the BGC Stettler - Heartland Youth Center Facebook page and website. This bright 4’ x 8’ sign is on the south side of the Club facing busy 50th avenue. This program involves a contribution of $1000/year for a two year commitment. As important as the corporate recognition is, know that you are also supporting the youth in our community!
Memorial Giving - A donation in memory of a loved one is a special way to support the Club. The next of kin are sent a card recognizing the donation, and the donor receives a tax receipt.
Corporate Donations & Sponsorships - We have numerous opportunities for corporate donations and corporate sponsorships. These are gratefully accepted throughout the year! Sponsorship opportunities can be discussed with Winnie, the Club Executive Director.
Tribute – A tribute gift to BGC Stettler - Heartland Youth Center is a perfect way to recognize a special occasion such as a birthday, retirement, anniversary or at Christmas. The honoree will receive a card recognizing your donation and donors of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt.
Awesome Auction – The Awesome Auction is the Club’s most impactful fundraiser of the year. If you would like to donate a new or handmade item or service to this event please contact the Club's Executive Director. This event is held the first Saturday in June.
Bowl for Kids – This is the Club’s longest running fundraiser. This fun event involves youth members, community and business teams collecting pledges; then participating in the Bowl for Kids event every February. You can support BGC Stettler - Heartland Youth Center by sponsoring a participant or entering a team.
